The quotation will specify the services and inclusions covered by the agreed price.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, additional services, activities, entrance fees, meals, accommodation, or other expenses not included in the quotation are the customer’s responsibility.
If the customer requests significant changes to the itinerary, number of passengers, dates, pickup location, destination, or services, the price may be adjusted accordingly.
We will inform the customer of any additional charge before confirming the requested change.
4. Deposit and Booking Confirmation
A small deposit may be required to confirm a transfer or tour.

For tours, the remaining balance is generally paid by the end of the agreed service unless a different payment arrangement has been confirmed in advance.
Accepted currencies and payment methods may be agreed with the customer before the service begins.
6. PayPal Payments
Where a deposit is paid using PayPal, PayPal processes the transaction according to its own terms, conditions, and privacy policy.
Morocco Transport Agency does not control PayPal’s processing systems or policies.
Any payment fees, currency-conversion charges, or other charges imposed directly by PayPal may be subject to PayPal’s applicable rules.

Customers booking airport transfers must provide accurate flight details.
If your flight is delayed, cancelled, or changed, please inform us as soon as possible whenever you are able to do so.
We will make reasonable efforts to adjust the pickup time when flight information or delays are known.
Significant changes that require additional waiting time, an additional journey, or other services may result in an additional charge where appropriate. We will communicate this where reasonably possible.
11. Pickup Times
Customers are responsible for being ready at the confirmed pickup location at the agreed time.
Pickup may take place directly at your hotel, riad, airport, accommodation, or another agreed meeting point.
In locations where vehicle access is restricted, including certain areas of the Marrakech Medina or other historic centers, pickup may take place at the nearest accessible meeting point.

Customers are responsible for checking that they have collected all personal belongings when leaving the vehicle.
15. Vehicles
We aim to provide a comfortable and suitable vehicle according to the number of passengers and the service booked.
A specific vehicle model is guaranteed only when this has been expressly confirmed as part of the booking.
When necessary because of availability, maintenance, operational requirements, or unexpected circumstances, Morocco Transport Agency may provide another vehicle of a similar or suitable category.

Our drivers are responsible for providing transportation according to the agreed service and local road and safety requirements.
Drivers may adjust driving routes when reasonably necessary because of:
- Traffic
- Weather
- Road closures
- Safety
- Local restrictions
- Road conditions
Safety always takes priority over maintaining an exact estimated journey time.
17. Tour Itineraries
Tour itineraries and estimated times are provided as a guide.
The exact timing of stops and arrival times may change because of traffic, weather, road conditions, seasonal conditions, customer delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

19. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate booking information
- Follow reasonable safety instructions
- Respect drivers, guides, staff, vehicles, accommodations, and other passengers
- Comply with applicable Moroccan laws and regulations
- Carry valid passports, visas, travel documents, and other required documentation

20. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements
Customers travelling to Morocco are responsible for checking their own passport, visa, immigration, vaccination, insurance, and other entry or travel requirements.
Morocco Transport Agency is not responsible for a customer being refused entry, boarding, or participation because required documents or permissions are missing or invalid.
21. Travel Insurance
We recommend that customers consider appropriate travel insurance for their trip.
Depending on the policy selected, travel insurance may provide protection for circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, accidents, or travel disruption.
It is the customer’s responsibility to determine whether travel insurance is appropriate for their needs.
22. Personal Belongings
Customers remain responsible for their luggage, money, documents, electronics, and other personal belongings.
If you believe you left an item in one of our vehicles, contact us as soon as possible and we will make reasonable efforts to locate it.
We cannot guarantee that lost items will be recovered.
